Today I am critiquing a cream basis comes from Japan, MEIKO COLLECTION : MC COVER FACE (MCCT). I have already been eyeing this foundation for a long time because I wanted to buy a cream foundation. Currently I am using the liquid Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation. Actually, products from Meiko Corporation will be the raves since a couple of years back and previously I’ve tried and liked their Naturactor collection.
I’ve heard that MEIKO COLLECTION : MC COVER FACE (MCCT) is the new improved formula of their Naturactor foudation, which promises they have added Jojoba Vitamin and oil C to the formula. It also says that this foundation is suitable for acne-prone skin, unlike the Naturactor foundation. It comes in a small container and a cup jar which makes it easier for me personally to bring it everywhere in my own makeup handbag. The packaging is simple, classy and you also wont really stain the jar with your fingertips unlike the Naturactor foundation jar (which will come in white jar).
I am not sure how many grams does it contain in a jar and I couldn’t get any information using their public website as well. I have bought the shade number 141 and there are 8 tones available for purchase. The texture of the merchandise is very thick and creamy, so application with a sponge is much recommended than using a foundation brush. In addition, it does not have any fragrance. Currently my skin is full of redness and some active pimples due to Garnier Sakura White Sleeping Essence. T. I have stopped using the essence for a while and my skin condition improves a lot.

While trying, as it happens that tone 141 is a couple of times lighter than my complexion. I have tried applying the foundation with a dried out and a wet sponge. IMO, application with a wet sponge blended well as per compared to using a dry sponge really. It does make your makeup look natural and cast less white shade, which is a good thing since you don’t want to look like a ghost. The coverage is medium to heavy, depends upon how many levels of application. However it does not cover my skin’s defects just as much as a liquid foundation (Estee Lauder Double Wear can it much better than this basis).
One thing that I must say i love could it be does not feel heavy whatsoever, unlike when utilizing a liquid base. With one level of base, no natural powder. T) but it addittionally will not give me the coverage that I really wanted. However, I believe people who have less skin problem will like this foundation.
I have a great deal of marks from prior plus current acne and my skin is still healing therefore i am kinda not satisfied with the coverage it offers.
