IFBB PRO DAN HILL: Offseason 2019

The offseason is just finished and over the last few months I have already been working not only to improove my entire body but also to build up new relations in the fitness industry. Right afterwards, i seen Italy, Malta and Bulgaria for Workshops and was permitted to meet many enthusiasts and great personalities of Muscle building.

I have to admit, that because of most these traveling and projects, i hardly ever really been able to truly have a heavy offseason, but nontheless there will be significant imprroovments next season, when entering the LA Pro stage. At this time I am preparing for some photoshoots in NEVADA and LA in the weeks round the Mr Olympia and besides I am completing another big task, which is my first own Bodybuilding DVD.
